I make upgrades for the MEC Progressive, Hornady 366, P/W 800/900/2000 and Spolar Gold loaders.

Homemade Lead Shot

Possibly going to have a few tons of homemade shot to sell. Shot will be close to size 8, and located in the Pittsburgh Pennsylvania area. Just checking to see if anyone is interested at this time, so I know which way to go with this investment. I'm figuring between $32-$35 per 25 lbs.

"I wanted to give a brief update regarding the Illinois budget. The Governor recently vetoed the unbalanced ($4 billion deficit) budget the General Assembly sent him in June. Though we do not have a budget at this time, we remain committed to providing public service at the complex and continuing the other constituent services the agency is responsible for across the state....

Here are two videos I made to show the Ponsness/Warren Auto-Drive in operation.

P/W makes Auto-Drives for the P/W loaders (800, 900, 2000, LS1000, Patriot & 800 Plus) and the Spolar Gold loader. They also make a version for the Dillon metallic loaders (650 & 1050) and the Case-Pro case conditioner.

The Auto-Drive is offered in a hand control (joystick) and a foot control version.

Repetitive motion can cause shoulder and back problems. Once you experience loading with the Auto-Drive...

Clear View Reservoirs for P/W Loaders

I make high capacity reservoirs (25# shot & 1# powder) for the Ponsness/Warren loaders (800, 800B, 800CVT, 900, 950, 2000, 800 Plus and Patriot).

The shot reservoir has an Acrylic tube. The powder reservoir can have either a Polycarbonate or a PYREX Glass tube.

You must have a EZ-FILL base to use my reservoirs....

MEC High Capacity Shot Reservoir

I am now offering a 25# shot reservoir for the MEC progressive reloaders. The reservoir is 4" in diameter and 12" tall. It has a drain valve to remove the shot.

The reservoir is shown on the MEC 9000G. It will work on the Sizemaster too.

High Capacity Reservoirs for Hornady 366

I make High Capacity Reservoirs for the Hornady 366 loader. The shot reservoir holds 25 pounds of shot and the powder reservoir holds over a pound of powder. Each reservoir has a built in baffle. The shot reservoir has an Acrylic tube and the powder reservoir has a Polycarbonate tube.

Replacing the Powder Seal in my Machined Aluminum EZ-FILL Base

First, be sure to remove all remaining seal and glue residue from the cavity in the base. The best tool for this job is a dental scaler but an X-Acto knife can be used. A Q-Tip dipped in lacquer thinner or acetone will help soften the glue. It is very important to remove all traces of the old glue and seal so the new seal will be properly seated.

Once the seal cavity is clean the new seal needs to be glued in place. The best product for this job is Loctite Super Glue Professional....

Replacing the Powder Seal in my Machined Aluminum EZ-FILL Base

First, be sure to remove all remaining seal and glue residue from the cavity in the base. The best tool for this job is a dental scaler but an X-Acto knife can be used.
